convenient location and comfortable stay
perfect location taxi access friendly staff
the location was perfect for museums. the royal albert hall was also close by! i found easy access to taxis right in front. there were many cafes and good restaurants within walking distance, and i appreciated that the staff was friendly and hospitable.
the security seemed too relaxed. i could walk in and take the elevators to the guest rooms without any key control. made me a little nervous. i think they need to address this

cramped room dated interior
The location was very convenient , near public transportation.
The room felt quite cramped , and the interior seemed dated. I also found the lighting in the room to be inadequate . These issues detracted from what could have been a better experience.

a somewhat underwhelming stay
small suite musty smell
the room size was a problem. i booked a suite, but it felt smaller than expected. there was also a strange smell in the bathroom i did not like. it smelled a little musty. i told reception about it. they said they would look into it. the smell was still there the next day.

attentive staff variety teas
I found the staff attentive. They remembered my name each morning (charmed, i was). My room included Molton Brown toiletries. A nice touch. The hotel's location near the tube station made exploring the area easy. i also liked the variety of teas in the room.

the room included complimentary cola apple juice and water this was a nice touch after a day of travel i stayed in a suite that offered ample space the bathroom had excellent toiletries provided daily the nespresso machine in the room was also convenient for early mornings
the gym seemed somewhat uninviting and the equipment looked a little neglected

I loved the location. It was superb. the reception staff were also very pleasant. the generous complimentary mini bar was a treat.
The public areas lacked appeal. They didn't seem inviting. there wasn't an identified concierge or even a dedicated concierge space.

i chose this hotel for its proximity to key attractions i liked the quick access to museums the room provided good sleep quality i appreciated the generous complimentary mini bar it added a nice touch i also enjoyed the pleasant reception staff they were consistently helpful.

the hotel is a short walk from south kensington underground station this provides easy access to heathrow airport via the piccadilly line the location is convenient for travel and sightseeing in the city.

the staff members were consistently helpful and attentive they managed my requests efficiently the team ensured a smooth early check-in and also addressed dietary requirements at the restaurant.
