the location was perfect for museums. the royal albert hall was also close by! i found easy access to taxis right in front. there were many cafes and good restaurants within walking distance, and i appreciated that the staff was friendly and hospitable.
the security seemed too relaxed. made me a little nervous. i think they need to address this

the room size was a problem. i booked a suite, but it felt smaller than expected. there was also a strange smell in the bathroom i did not like. it smelled a little musty. i told reception about it. they said they would look into it. the smell was still there the next day.
